  • Shipping
    Starting from launch, we will ship throughout Europe. Normally, it takes the team around 3-7 days to ship your package. We're an independent company, and we prepare your package with care. As we deliver from the Netherlands, delivery times may be longer if you live further away or in a remote location, but we will keep you notified through track and trace notifications.
  • Returns
    Products bought online can be returned within 14 days, provided it is in its original condition. How to return: 1. Contact us at contact@herdergear.com 2. You will receive the return form, please make sure to fill it in. 3. You can either use the same packing material as your order arrived in, or pack it in different material. 4. Drop off your package at the local Post Office or your preferred delivery service. 5. Once we receive and process the item(s) we will notify you and refund your payment within 10 working days.
  • Exchanges
    To exchange a product for a different size or color (or other product all together): 1. Return your order as indicated above. 2. Place a new order for the desired products.
  • Wrong / Faulty Products
    If something is wrong with your order or one of the products is faulty - we are sorry to hear it, our first priority is to make sure you get a product that fits our high standards. Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing contact@herdergear.com or use instagram or whatsapp (see the contact button on the left) and we will be happy to help you. Once we have received the product, our procedure to handle faulty products: (1) We check what is wrong with the bag (material failure, production error or human error - for example pierced fabric or cracked part). (2) Determine if the fault can be repaired or that replacement would be necessary. (3) In the rare case that a backpack can not be repaired, we will repurpose as much parts and fabric as possible in new products.
